1. Identity

These terms govern purchases from YAMESSI, an independent clothing brand — contact geral@yamessi.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products

Items are printed to order (print-on-demand). Colours may vary slightly from your screen. Images are illustrative mockups. YAMESSI is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with any club, federation or player.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in euros (€), taxes included. We accept MB WAY, Multibanco and card, processed by a certified provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured.

4. Shipping

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after production. Timeframes are estimates and may vary. See Shipping & Returns.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, under EU consumer law. We accept returns of unworn items with tags. See the returns policy for details.

6. Exchanges & defects

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo at geral@yamessi.com and we'll sort it out (reprint or refund).

7. Intellectual property

The YAMESSI brand, logos and prints are the property of the store operator and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of establishment. For consumer disputes you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
