Shipping

• Production: each piece is printed to order — 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery: a further 3 to 7 business days after production.
• Shipping cost: free on all orders.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unworn, undamaged and with its tags.

• Email geral@yamessi.com with your order number.
• We'll send you return instructions.
• Once we receive and check the item, we refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Size exchanges

Picked the wrong size? No stress — contact us and we'll help with an exchange (subject to a new print-on-demand run).

Defective or wrong item

If anything's off — a print defect, or the wrong item/size — send us a photo within 14 days and we'll fix it with a reprint or refund, at no cost to you.
