YAMESSI ("we", "us") is an independent clothing brand. You can reach us at geral@yamessi.com. We are the controller of your personal data under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. Data we collect

• Order & shipping data: first name, last name, email, phone, address, postal code, city, country.
• Payment data: handled directly by our payment provider — we never store full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and cookies (see section 8).

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To process and ship your order (performance of a contract).
• To keep you updated about your order (contract / legitimate interest).
• To meet legal and tax obligations (invoicing).
• To send you news, only if you subscribe (consent).
• To measure and improve the site via analytics (consent — see cookies).

4. Who we share it with

We only share what's necessary with processors who provide services to us:

• Print & fulfilment partner — to print and ship your item.
• Payment provider — to process payments securely (MB WAY, Multibanco, card).
• Hosting & email provider — site infrastructure and transactional email.
• Google (Analytics/Ads) — only if you accept analytics/marketing cookies.

Some providers may process data outside the EU, always under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. How long we keep it

We keep order data for the period required by law for tax purposes, and marketing data until you withdraw consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these, write to geral@yamessi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and certified payment providers (PCI-DSS). Access to data is limited to what is strictly necessary.
